Return & Exchange Guidelines:
1. Make sure your shoes are still in a good, unused condition.
2. Please contact our customer service for your shoes return/exchange  Whatsapp: 0899 1618 295.
3. We will complete your return/exchange process in 3x24 hours after we received your shoes.
4. You only need to cover the shipping fee from you to Nappa Milano, as we will cover the shipping fee from us to you.
5. Send your shoes in a safe packaging and attach the return code provided by our customer service
